Long-time Legislators Decide Not to Seek Re-election
State Senator Dale Schultz (R-Richland Center) announced this week he would not run for re-election in 2014. Schultz was first elected to the legislature in 1982. State Representative Garey Bies (R-Sister Bay) also recently announced he would not seek re-election in 2014. Bies was first elected to the legislature in 2000.
