Hearing on AB 427/SB 298

On December 15, the Assembly Committee on Consumer Protection and the Senate Committee on Ethics Reform & Government Operations will hold a joint hearing on AB 427 / SB 298. This legislation has been introduced at the request of the State Building Commission to streamline and modernize state building contracting and construction project management procedures.
