UW Task Force
The Special Task Force on UW Restructuring and Operational Flexibilities will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, May 9. Students, faculty, and representatives for academic staff and classified staff from various UW System campuses will provide testimony and recommendations to members of the Task Force. A question and answer session will follow. In the afternoon, there will be discussion on a number of topics including Institutional Advisory and Governing Boards. Another Legislator Announces Retirement
Representative Louis Molepske (D-Stevens Point) has announced that he will be retiring from the State Assembly at the conclusion of his term in January. He joins a number of other legislators who have recently announced retirement from state office. Rep. Molepske currently serves on the Assembly Colleges and Universities Committee.
