Senate Higher Ed Committee to Meet This Wednesday

The Senate Committee on Universities and Technical Colleges will be holding a public hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 5.  Among the agenda items are: SB 222 relating to citations to underage persons for alcohol beverages violations and disciplinary sanctions against University of Wisconsin System students for such violations;  SB 376 (Higher Education-Lower Debt Bill); and SB 406 relating to changing the names of Wisconsin higher education grants and tuition grants to "Wisconsin grants".  For additional information, please see the committee hearing notice.
