Final Economic Summit October 5

The final summit in the three-part Wisconsin Economic Summit Series will meet on Tuesday October 5 in Milwaukee. 'Moving Wisconsin Forward' will focus on developing comprehensive strategic briefing papers and policy proposals. These will be built using the findings and analysis from the previous two summits, 'Creating the Economic Vision' and 'Managing the State Deficit.'

UW-Milwaukee Interim Chancellor Mike Lovell will deliver opening remarks. Also presenting will be UW Madison Chancellor Biddy Martin who will participate in a panel regarding issues surrounding education and the state budget.
