JFC action delayed/concerns over UW System split

Action by the Joint Finance Committee on the budget adjustment bill has been delayed.

Media outlets are also reporting on a letter from UW System leadership to Gov. Walker expressing concerns that 2011-13 budget plans could include splitting off UW-Madison from the rest of the UW System.
