Governor Makes Regent Appointments
Governor Walker announces the appointment of 3 new UW Regents
The Governor's appointments are:
Tim Higgins, Appleton, owner and operator of ChiRho Services, a healthcare management company. Mr. Higgins is a graduate of UW-Madison.
Gary Roberts, Onalaska, the president and chief executive officer of the Morrison Creek Cranberry Corporation. Mr. Roberts is a graduate of UW-Crosse.
Gerald Whitburn of Wausau, a former chief executive officer of Church Mutual Insurance Company. Mr. Whitburn previously served as the Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations from 1989 to1991, and as Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services from 1991 to 1995. Mr. Whitburn is a graduate of both UW-Madison and UW-Oshkosh.
