Collective Bargaining Changes Pass Senate

This evening the Senate, without debate, passed all the non-fiscal provisions of the budget adjustment bill.  The substitute amendment passed 18-1 (Schultz), with no democrats present.  Tomorrow, the Assembly will convene at 11 to take action n the amended bill.
